ARTICLE I - NAME AND PURPOSE

ARTICLE I - NAME AND PURPOSE

SECTION 1: NAME
This club shall be called “Strike Eagle Bass Anglers”.

 

SECTION 2: PURPOSE
The purpose of this club shall be to improve the bass fishing skills of its individual members through the FRIENDLY-SHARED exchange of knowledge and experiences. The club will serve as a dynamic and effective link with other clubs and their members in order to promote the principals and purposes of the BASS ANGLERS SPORTSMAN SOCIETY.

ARTICLE II – MEMBERSHIP

ARTICLE II – MEMBERSHIP

SECTION 1: NUMBER OF MEMBERS
This club shall be chartered with six members.  These members will fulfill the roles of:  President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Tournament Director and Assistant Tournament Director.

SECTION 2: MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
To become a member an individual must…

1.     Be recommended for membership by a member in good standing.
2.     Have a genuine interest and display a basic proficiency in bass fishing skills.
3.     Obtain a current North Carolina fishing license and agree to keep said license current while a member.
4.     Be a former member of this club who departs in good standing.
5.     All club members are encouraged to maintain a current membership in BASS ANGLERS SPORTSMAN SOCIETY.

SECTION 3: DUES
1.     Annual club membership dues shall be $36.00, payable on initial membership, and are non-refundable.
2.     Annual dues shall be prorated by the month of enrollment. 
3.     Annual membership dues must be paid in full in order to participate in club tournaments to avoid non-member tournament fees. 
4.     Monthly club tournament fees for members will not exceed $25.00 and will also consist of an optional $5.00 fee to participate in big fish.  Tournament fees may be paid at the monthly meeting or at the ramp prior to the start of tournaments.  (Extra fees may arise due to ramp / parking fees)
5.     Monthly club tournament fees for non-members will not exceed $35.00 payable at monthly meeting or at the lake prior to start of tournaments.  Guests also pay $5.00 for big fish if they choose to participate.

SECTION 4: PAYBACK SCHEDULE
                BREAKDOWN OF TOURNAMENT FEES: $25.00 ENTRY FEE

                MONTHLY TOURNAMENT PAYBACK
                $ 20.00 of each club member’s monthly dues in Monthly Tournament Pot to be divided as follows
1.     1st place to receive $ 12.00 per paid member / guest / prospective member
2.     2nd place to receive $ 5.00 per paid member / guest / prospective member
3.     3rd place to receive $ 3.00 per paid member / guest / prospective member
4.     Monthly big fish to receive $ 5.00 per paid member / guest / prospective member
                ***If less than 3 boats bring fish to the weigh-in, then only those places will be paid out.  All other monies will be returned to the annual club funds.

                 ANNUAL ANGLER OF THE YEAR / BIG FISH PAYBACK
                $ 3.00 of the tournament fees go towards the Annual Angler of the Year

1.     Member catching biggest fish of the year shall be awarded a plaque.  (Must be a member at the time fish is caught)
2.     Guest of members and prospective members are not eligible for years end awards.

ANNUAL CLUB FUNDS
$ 2.00 of each club member’s tournament fees will be placed into the Annual Fund along with the yearly club dues. These funds will pay for all normal yearly club expenses i.e. Annual banquet costs, years end trophies etc.

ARTICLE III – OFFICERS, ELECTIONS, VACANCIES, AND ELIGIBILITY for OFFICE

 SECTION 1: OFFICERS AND THEIR DUTIES
Club officers will be appointed as follows…

President
The president shall:
1.     Preside over all club meetings.
2.     Direct and supervise all club meetings.
3.     Appoint all committees.
4.     Break ties on voting matters.
5.     Share the duties of the Tournament Director along with the Vice President.
6.     Make the final decisions with regards to matters of debate or alleged tournament violations.
7.     Be able to serve as Tournament Director.

Vice President
The Vice President shall:
1.     Assist the President in all his duties.
2.     Preside over all functions in the Presidents absence.
3.     Be able to serve as Tournament Director.
4.     Coordinate and control group movement to the tournaments.
5.     Participate in making final decisions with regard to matters of debate or alleged tournament violations.
6.     Record all weights from tournaments.

Secretary
The Secretary shall:
1.     Maintain the official club constitution and by-laws.
2.     Maintain accurate minutes of all club meetings.
3.     Maintain permanent records of tournament results.
4.     Prepare all club correspondence.
5.     Maintain permanent files for the club.
6.     Perform all functions associated with President and Vice President in their absence in accordance with existing regulations and policies.
7.     Maintain records of attendance at club meetings.
8.     Notify prospective members of their up-coming election for membership.

Treasurer
The treasurer shall:
1.     Maintain accurate permanent records of all club financial transactions.
2.     Submit accurate financial reports at each club meeting.
3.     Maintain all club financial accounts in conjunction with the club President.
4.     Report to club the status of dues payments at each club meeting.

Tournament Director
The Tournament Director shall:
1.     Weigh all fish and report weight to the secretary for recording.
2.     Decide live/dead status of fish for the purposes of weight penalty. His decision is final.
3.     Maintain scales.
4.     Evaluate and pick out a club belly board.
5.     Appoint an assistant tournament director.
6.     Make arrangements for the tournament sites, reservations, lodging recommendations etc.
7.     Publish information concerning tournaments for club members.
8.     Make safety inspections of all boats prior to the start of each day of fishing.
9.     Supervise weigh-in.

SECTION 2: ELECTIONS
Any member in good standing nominates candidates for office.
Two candidates for each office will be nominated.
One of the two candidates will be elected by the general membership by simple majority.
All votes will be made by secret written ballot.
All positions will be voted on annually.

SECTION 3: VOTING ELIGIBILITY
Only members in good standing are entitled to one vote. Proxy votes are not permitted. Absentee voting is permitted in those instances that require a majority. Absentee votes must be submitted in writing to the secretary in advance of the meeting at which the issue is presented to the general membership for consideration. The ballot will consist of a written copy of the motion. The member shall clearly indicate in his own writing his aye or nay on the motion and sign his /her name. He shall submit the ballot to the secretary in a sealed envelope that will be opened at the meeting at which the motion is presented.

SECTION 4: TERM OF OFFICE
Term of office will be one year unless said officer resigns, moves, or is removed from office pursuant to Article VIII.                               

SECTION 5: VACANCIES
In the event that an officer’s position becomes vacant, an election will be held. (See Article III Section 2, elections.) In the event that the office of President becomes vacant, the Vice President will automatically succeed to the office.

SECTION 6: ELIGIBILITY FOR OFFICE
To be eligible for elected office, a member must…
1.     Be a member in good standing for not less than six months.
2.     Anticipate that he will remain in this locale for the term of office.

ARTICLE IV: MEETINGS – FREQUENCY AND ATTENDANCE

SECTION 1: FREQUENCY OF MEETINGS
The club shall conduct monthly meetings on dates determined by attending members of each prior meeting.  A strong effort will be made to schedule all meetings on the second Sunday of each month.  Meetings will try to be scheduled in a manner to allow members to pre-fish the body of water of the next tournament location. Members will be able to attend meetings by phone in the case that they are out of town. Notice must be given to a club officer before the day of the scheduled meeting.

SECTION 2: ATTENDANCE
Members are strongly encouraged to attend monthly meetings. Members will receive 3 points per meeting attended.  These points are used to determine the Angler of the Year.  2 points are also received per tournament attended.

ARTICLE V: FINANCIAL RECORDS

The treasurer shall maintain accurate financial record of all transactions involving club funds. Semi-annual audits are to be conducted by two club officers other than the treasurer. The results of this audit will be reduced to a written report to include the items of information required by Article III, Section 1. The results will be provided to the secretary for inclusion in the minutes of the meeting. The report will be signed by the officer’s conducting the audit and will certify that the books are in order. If irregularities are detected, they will be thoroughly investigated and reported in detail. The officers conducting the audit will make specific recommendations regarding any action to be taken.

ARTICLE VI: CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

Any proposed amendments must be submitted to the secretary in writing at least one month prior to the May meeting. The secretary shall announce the proposal under new business at the May meeting. Members in good standing will vote upon any proposal that receives a second in the May meeting at the June meeting. A two-thirds majority of members in good standing present must pass changes in the by-laws.  Changes to the By-laws may be made throughout the year but 10 members must be present in order to pass the change.  Only 2 changes per year can be made to the By-Laws.

ARTICLE VII: TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

CLUB MEMBERSHIP MAY BE TERMINATED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS…
1.     Officers that fail to attend 3 consecutive meetings will be removed from office.
2.     Violation of tournament regulations.
3.     Any act or omission prejudicial to the good order, discipline or camaraderie of the club.
Termination requires a simple majority vote of members present.
Votes will be taken by way of a secret ballot.
Terminable offenses should be submitted to any officer in writing for review by the board.
Dues will not be refunded to individuals whose membership has become terminated.

ARTICLE VIII: REMOVAL FROM ELECTED OFFICE

Any elected official of the club may be removed from office by the general membership for violation of the club constitution and by-laws or for other reasons, which would justify termination of membership of any member. A member who desires to initiate action to remove an elected official shall enter a motion in writing for a vote of confidence in the individual officer, clearly citing the reasons for the motion. Based upon the results of the vote of confidence, a member may then submit a subsequent motion calling for the removal of the officer or his voluntary resignation. The subsequent motion will be presented to the membership for a vote by secret ballot at the first meeting following that at which the vote of confidence was made. Removal from office will require a simple majority of the total general membership. Removal from office will not constitute automatic termination of membership.  (Also see Article VII, para. 1)

ARTICLE IX: BANNING FROM THE CLUB

A member may be banned from the club for…
1.     Theft
2.     Use of illicit drugs during club activity
3.     Any act that the officers deem to be unbecoming of a club member
4.     Cheating of any sort
A list of banned club members will be recorded in the permanent record by the secretary

ARTICLE X: POINTS BREAKDOWN

3 Points will be awarded for each monthly meeting attended.
2 Points will be awarded for each tournament attended.
2 Points will be awarded for each pound of fish caught minus penalties (Late check-in, Dead fish, etc.)
                Example:  1lb = 2 pts, 5.4 lbs = 10.8 pts
1 Points will be awarded to the MEMBER winning big fish at each tournament.
At the end of the year the member with the most combined points will win Angler of the Year. 
At the end of the year the member with the biggest fish will win Big Fish of the Year

ARTICLE XI: TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
The following rules and regulations are applicable to all tournaments conducted by this club. Final interpretation of them will be the responsibility of the Tournament director and the club officers.

The following rules shall apply to all tournaments except that rules for special tournaments may differ from those contained herein.  Interpretation and enforcement of these rules shall be left exclusively to the Committee and Tournament Director or his designee at a tournament. In the event of a rule violation, the Tournament Director may impose such sanctions, as he deems appropriate, including, without limitation, disqualification, and forfeiture of prizes, entry fee and prohibition from participation in subsequent tournaments. The decision of the Committee and the Tournament Director or his designee shall be final in all matters.

1. PARTICIPANTS AND ELIGIBILITY:
(i) Participation in club tournaments is by invitation only. These tournaments are open only to members of STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS or persons who receive personal invitations from a member of STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS. Children 15 years of age and younger are allowed to fish in a club tournament with their legal guardian free of charge.
(ii) DURING THE OFFICIAL PRACTICE AND COMPETITION DAYS OF ANY BASS TOURNAMENT, THE BOAT OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FROM INJURY AND/OR DAMAGES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS MEMBERSHIP.

 2. PRACTICE AND COMPETITION:
(i) There will be no off-limits period for any tournament unless specified by the Tournament Director.
(ii) There will be an official practice period immediately proceeding the first day of the tournament.  The exact dates and times of the practice period must be obtained from the BASS Federation Department.  The competitor must know and observe these dates. During both the official practice, and the tournament, a competitor may not have the assistance or advice of anyone for the purposes of locating or catching bass, nor enter the tournament waters with a professional guide, state or federal wildlife agency employee, or any other person deemed an “expert” on these tournament waters by the Tournament Director, unless he is a competitor in the tournament.

(iii) Anglers renting boat slips may launch boats and proceed immediately to slip location. Testing of engines after the weigh-in is only allowed with permission from the Tournament Director.  No exceptions.  During the official practice and during the tournament, a competitor may not “SKIN DIVE” or “SCUBA DIVE” in the tournament waters.
(iv) No competitor may buy or barter a fishing location from any other competitor for use during any competition day.
(v) During the official competition days of the tournament, a competitor may not use a CB radio, a VHF marine-band radio, a cellular phone, or any other type of communication device for the purpose of locating or catching fish.  Competitors are permitted to transmit by radio or telephone only in the event of an emergency.  Cell phones cannot be used until fish have been weighed.  If so equipped, competitors may listen to the marine-band weather information.
(vi) A designated tournament official must be granted access to the competitor’s boat at any time during the official practice or competition days.  Failure to grant such access may result in immediate disqualification.
(vii) Each competitor agrees to report to the Tournament Director any violation or infraction of any Tournament Rules. Failure to report violations or suggestions to another competitor that he or she violate these Rules or false verification of weigh-in forms will be cause for disqualification.

3. SAFETY:
(i) Safe boat conduct must be observed at all times by tournament competitors. During the official practice and competition, each competitor must wear a Coast Guard-approved chest-type life preserver. This preserver must be worn at all times the combustion engine is operating. This preserver must be strapped, snapped or zippered securely and maintained in that condition until the combustion engine is shut off. Violation of this rule shall be reason for disqualification.

(ii) Tournament officials have the right to delay, shorten or cancel the start of an official tournament day because of bad weather or other factors that would endanger the safety of the competitors. Tournament waters may also be restricted at any time because of bad weather.

(iii) STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS reserves the right to impose boat speed limits on any or all tournaments.  Whether or not to impose a speed limit, the area covered by the speed limit and/or the actual speed limit imposed shall be left exclusively to the discretion of the Tournament Director.
   
(iv) IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, COMPETITORS SHOULD CALL 911 FIRST AND THEN NOTIFY TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS.

(v) COMPETITORS ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE BOAT AND SEEK SAFE SHELTER IN BAD WEATHER WHERE DANGER MAY BE IMMINENT.

4SPORTSMANSHIP: Competitors in STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS tournaments are expected to follow high standards of sportsmanship, courtesy, safety and conservation. Any infraction of these fundamental sporting principles may be deemed cause for disqualification.

(i) Use of alcohol or drugs (other than those purchased over the counter or prescribed by a licensed physician) by any competitor during the official practice or during the tournament will not be tolerated and shall be cause for automatic disqualification from this and all future tournaments. No alcoholic beverages or other stimulants or depressants, prescription or otherwise, shall be allowed in the boats during the official practice or competition days or when in the weigh-in area.

(ii) Maximum courtesy must be practiced at all times, especially with regard to boating and angling in the vicinity of non-competitors who may be on tournament waters. Any act of a competitor which reflects unfavorably upon efforts to promote fisheries conservation, clean waters, and courtesy shall be reason for disqualification.

(iii) All competitors are bound by the prevailing statutes and regulations of the various states within which they fish.

(iv) Chemical-substance addiction or abuse, conviction of a felony or other crimes involving moral turpitude, or other conduct reflecting unfavorably upon efforts to promote safety, sportsmanship, fair competition and compliance with tournament rules shall be grounds for rejecting any application for participation and/or for disqualification. Any disqualification, suspension from, or other disciplinary action regarding any tournament or fishing organization, shall be grounds for rejecting any application for participation in a STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS tournament and/or for disqualification from a STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS tournament.

 5. TACKLE AND EQUIPMENT: Only artificial lures may be used. No “live bait” or “prepared bait” will be permitted during official practice and competition, with the exception of pork strips or rinds. Only ONE casting, spin-casting or spinning rod (8-foot maximum length from butt of handle to rod tip) and reel may be used at any one time. Other rigs as specified above may be in boat ready for use; however, only ONE is permitted in use at any given time.  All bass must be caught live and in a conventional sporting manner.  Anyone guilty of snatching or snagging visible fish will have his or her catch disqualified.  When visually fishing for bedding bass, to be counted as a legal fish all bass must be hooked inside the mouth and must be verified by your partner before being unhooked.

6. Horsepower cannot exceed the limitations set by the U.S. Coast Guard. When required, each boat MUST have a U.S. Coast Guard horsepower rating plate attached to the boat by the manufacturer. The horsepower of the outboard engine must NOT exceed the rating specified on this plate or the horsepower maximum set by Strike Eagle Bass Anglers Normal maintenance of engines is allowed.  Posted speed limits must be observed and all boats must be operated in a safe manner.

7. BOAT AND MOTOR: For the safety of all competitors, ALL BOATS MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH AN IMPROVED TYPE OF OPERABLE IGNITION KILL SWITCH. This ignition-kill device must be attached to the driver’s body any time the combustion engine is operating. Anytime the combustion engine is operating and in gear, there must be a driver in the driver’s seat in full control of the boat. Any raised platform or decks cannot be higher than the gunnels of the boat.  Standing on the outboard or seats while fishing is not allowed. An electric trolling motor may be used for slow   maneuvering; however, trolling as a method of fishing is prohibited. All BLADDER tanks and any other type of AUXILIARY gas tanks that are not installed by the boat manufacturer are prohibited. Additional gas tanks that are factory options and installed by a manufacturer’s authorized dealer are permitted. Boats that do not have factory-installed gas tanks are restricted to a maximum of 18 gallons of gasoline in tanks that meet U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Gas tanks must be properly secured or strapped in a boat. During the official practice and during the tournament, no portable gas tanks or containers capable of holding gasoline can be placed    anywhere on the tournament waters or shoreline for use by any tournament competitor. No “barges” or similar craft will be permitted.

8. BASIC BOAT EQUIPMENT: Every boat must have all required Coast Guard safety equipment as well as a functional bilge pump and LIVE WELL SPACE, PROPERLY AERATED, TO ADEQUATELY MAINTAIN ALIVE A LIMIT CATCH OF BASS BY BOTH COMPETITORS USING THE BOAT.  STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS recommends live wells be maintained at full level and aerators on manual.  Tournament officials shall have the sole responsibility for determining whether aeration and capacity is proper and adequate.  Boaters must make a back seat available for non boaters each competition day.

9. BOAT IDENTIFICATION: Prior to each day’s start, each boat MUST be given an inspection check by a tournament official.  Each day, each boat will be given a number, which MUST remain with the boat until turned in each day at the check-in. This number must be displayed upon the request of tournament officials, and turned in to the officials at each check-in.

10. BOAT OPERATION AND EXPENSE: In view of the large expense involved in operating and maintaining a tournament bass boat, it is suggested that the non-boater partner share, at minimum, the cost of gas and oil for the competition day.

11. PERMITTED FISHING LOCATIONS: Tournament waters shall be established by the Tournament Director for each tournament. Each competitor must obtain this information from the Tournament Director. Any water within these boundaries posted Off-Limits or No Fishing by state or federal agencies as well as the live-bass release area established by the Tournament Director will be OFF- LIMITS and will be announced at the Tournament Briefing. Only that water open to ALL public fishing will be considered tournament waters. All angling must be done from the boat. Competitors wishing to change fish habitat by placing any object in the tournament waters may do so if such action does not violate state or federal regulations.

12. COMPETITORS MUST REMAIN IN BOAT: During the competition days, competitors must not depart the boat to land fish or to make the boat more accessible to fishing waters.  Boats must remain in tournament waters during tournament days. Competitors must leave from and return to official checkpoint by boat. Both competitors must remain in boat at all times except in case of    dire emergency. In such an emergency, competitors may be removed from their boat to either A.BOAT OPERATED BY OTHER COMPETITORS OR B. RESCUE BOAT DESIGNATED BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR.  In the event of a needed restroom break, competitors are allowed to leave the boat.  Towing boats on trailers during tournament hours is prohibited, except by the direction of tournament officials.

13. OFFICIAL CHECKPOINT: There shall be only one official point for check-out in the morning and check-in in the afternoon, which points shall be designated at the tournament briefing. At the time of check-out, all competitors and their boats shall be in full conformity with all rules set forth by the Tournament Director.  At check-in, all boats shall identify themselves by means of the numbers described in Rule 9 and proceed immediately to the designated weigh-in area. Partners must stay together, and numbers must be turned in at check-in.

14. SCORING: Tournament standings, auxiliary awards and final winners shall be determined by the pound / 100th lb. weight of each competitor’s catch during the competition days of the tournament. Only Largemouth, Smallmouth, Spotted, Redeye or Shoal bass will be weighed. The limit shall be 10 per boat/ 5 per person of the above species and varieties per day, unless otherwise specified by tournament officials.   At no time shall a competitor have in his or her possession more than the tournament limit. Tournament officials will conduct checks for violation of this provision, and in   the event a competitor has reduced more than the above-described limits to possession, shall cull down to the limit described, beginning with the largest bass. The official length for bass shall be determined by the Tournament Director and announced at the tournament briefing. In most cases it will be the local creel limit covering the tournament waters. Only bass as described above which measure the official length or more on the longest straight line, shall be weighed. Bass presented for weigh-in which fail to measure the official length shall result in a penalty of their largest fish, and that bass will not be weighed.  Any bass that appears to have been mangled, mashed, mauled or otherwise altered will be weighed and credited only at the discretion of tournament officials.  After competitors checks-in at the official checkpoint they MUST present all LEGAL fish in their possession to a tournament official to be counted, measured and weighed.  Once a competitor’s catch is measured, counted and verified by a tournament official, that competitor may not return to the boat until their catch has been weighed and recorded.  Bass must not be stringered at any time during the tournament.  Culling tags or clips are allowed.  Specially designed bags which increase survival rate will be furnished by the Tournament Director if the competitors do not possess one and must be used for the weigh-in.  (Note penalties for catch and release; Para. 16)

15.  SHARED WEIGHT:  Each angler is permitted to catch a total of 5 fish.  As a team, participants will weigh in a maximum of 10 fish to determine tournament standings.  Each angler will only use his or hers total catch (Maximum of 5) to obtain points towards Angler of the Year.  In the event that an angler does not have a partner, he or she will only be permitted to weigh a total of 5 fish.  Strike Eagle Bass Angler members are highly encouraged to find partners in order to promote “maximum participation”.

16. CATCH AND RELEASE:  For each legal dead bass presented to weigh-in officials, the competitor shall be penalized .25 (100th) per dead fish.  The Tournament Director or his designees shall have sole authority for accessing penalty points.

17. LATE PENALTY: Competitors who are not in the official checkpoint area as described in Rule 13 at   the appointed time shall be penalized at the rate of 1 pound per minute late to be deducted from the total weight of his catch that day, including any weight to be counted toward a “big bass award”. Any competitor more than 15 minutes late shall lose all credit for that day’s catch. There shall be no excuse for tardiness and in no case shall a competitor be allowed to make up “lost time.” After proper recognition at the check-in point, competitors will be allowed ample time to proceed to the weigh-in site; however, all fishing must cease upon check-in. After the tournament begins, fishing the tournament waters is prohibited except during the tournament hours (Only applies to 2 or 3 day tournaments). Exact starting and check-in times will be announced at the tournament briefing.  It is the angler’s responsibility to confirm check-in times each day on the daily pairings.

18. TIES: In case of a tie for first-place, the following tie-breakers will be used in order: 1) The individual with the largest number of legal fish weighed in during the competition; 2) The individual with the largest LIVE fish.  3) The individual with the largest number of legal LIVE fish weighed in during the competition;  4) The individual with the heaviest single-day catch during competition;  5) The team or individual with the second-heaviest single-day catch during competition.  In the unlikely event that teams or team champions remain tied after these four tie-breakers are employed, then the teams involved will be placed into a “sudden death” fish off.  During the “sudden death” fish off, the first team to bring a legal fish back to the scales will be proclaimed the winners.  Ties for lesser positions shall be resolved by means selected by the Tournament Director.

19. PAIRING OF COMPETITORS: Two competitors will be assigned to each boat when possible. It shall be the responsibility of each partner to appear at a mutually agreed upon location with sufficient time remaining to check-out at the official checkpoint and start on time. Tournament officials shall have no responsibility for finding missing partners.  The Tournament Director, at his sole discretion, may reassign partners prior to the morning take-off.  It is suggested that a minimum of 30 minutes is required for preparation to depart to the check-out point.

20. PATCHES AND/OR SIGNAGE:  Anglers are encouraged to wear their club shirts which may bear patches, logos and other signage promoting the club’s sponsors.  STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS may, however, restrict the use of patches, logos, signage, etc. that promote or advertise products which are, in STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS sole judgment, in poor taste.  STRIKE EAGLE BASS ANGLERS will provide as much advance notice as possible to the competitors in such instances.
